At today’s E3 press conference, Sony has confirmed that Assassin’s Creed III: Liberation will be a Vita exclusive. Jack Tretton, CEO of SCEA, went on to mention some features of the game such as camera support and Near functionality. There are also some extra goodies for those who connect Liberation with their PS3 copy of III. Says Tretton, “you will unlock: Connor’s [from the PS3 game] tomahawk, an exclusive character skin, a multiplayer character and a complete upgrade of ammunition pouches.”
A Vita bundle was also announced, featuring a “crystal white” console in an AC3: Liberation box. The bundle includes a WiFi Vita, 4GB memory stick and the game.
Liberation will release alongside the PS3′s III on October 30th this year.
