Classic SEGA titles coming to PSN

SEGA fans everywhere should rejoice, two of the longest awaited HD remakes have been dated. Sonic Adventure 2 and NiGHTS into Dreams will both be hitting PSN on October 2 and will cost a measly $9.99. If you have ever played either of these games then you already know what all the hype is about, and no doubt have some very nostalgic memories.

The re-release of these two games is big enough news all on its own, but apparently SEGA felt more was needed. NiGHTS will come packed with Christmas NiGHTS, an expansion that was previously only available on the Saturn through a holiday bundle. The extras don’t stop there either, for a small fee of $3, you can purchase Battle Mode for Sonic Adventures 2. Battle Mode will add more characters and maps and will give you access the beloved Chao Karate, which was kind of like a cute sumo wrestler game mode.
