Sony’s super-powered MMO is still running faster than a speeding bullet after shifting to the free-to-play model, as DC Universe Online will be adding The Last Laugh DLC this June.
Player-versus-player options will be fleshed out in this new DLC pack, as three unique four-on-four battle scenarios along with a two-phase, 16-vs-16 scenario will be available in The Last Laugh. A new weapon called The Shield will be unlocked as both a close-range and long-range offensive tool. Kilowog the Green Lantern and Amon Sur from the Sinestro Corps are the last two additions of the pack, and will available for play.
Legendary subscribers can nab The Last Laugh for free when it drops this June, but all other players will have to spend some PSN bucks to see all the new content.
