New tables rolling onto The Pinball Arcade

We know what every pinball fan really wants: all their favorite tables under one roof. The folks over at FarSight Studios are trying to help all those enthusiasts achieve this goal with The Pinball Arcade. Originally releasing back in April, two DLC add-ons have been released, bringing the grand total of playable licensed tables up to eight. As if that isn’t enough, FarSight has dated the next two DLC packs: Pack #3 will be releasing in North America on September 5, 2012 with pack #4 following shortly after on September 25, 2012.

But wait, that’s not all we learned in this recent update from FarSight. They also released information on the next set of tables coming. Table Pack #5 will be bringing the beloved Taxi table back to life alongside the Harley Davidson, Third Edition. They have also confirmed that we can expect to see the table No Good Gophers in Pack #6, with the second table to be announced next week by a “special guest”. Though we do not have any dates for these tables just yet, we do finally have the expected release dates for all DLC in Europe.

One last thing, as many of you know Kickstarter has definitely helped breath life into many projects that would have probably been overlooked any other way. FarSight Studios is no stranger to this idea, they used this amazing site to raise the money to make the Twilight Zone table, which may very well be the second table in Pack #6. Now they are asking fans to kick in and back their next table idea, Star Trek: The Next Generation. So if you are a Star Trek fan or maybe you just like knowing you helped bring some part of a video game to life, then head on over to their page and chip in.

European DLC Dates

  • Table Pack 1:Medieal Madness™ and Bride of Pinbot™ is expected to be released on Sept 19th.
  • Table Pack 2: Cirqus Voltaire™ and Funhouse™ is expected to be released on Oct. 3rd.
  • Table Pack 3: Gorgar™ and Monster Bash™ is expected to be released on Oct. 17th.
  • Table Pack 4:Creature from the Black Lagoon™ and Black Knight™ is expected to be released on Oct. 31th.
