Queasy Games recently announced a release date for the highly anticipated title Sound Shapes. It’ll be available for download August 7th in the US, and August 8th everywhere else for $14.99 and £9.99/€12.99 respectively. And Sony’s push for cross-compatible games keeps getting stronger as one purchase will net you both the PS3 and Vita versions.
For those not familiar with Sound Shapes, it’s a 2D side-scrolling platformer where music plays a key role. A few familiar faces are also involved in the development alongside Queasy. Both Superbrothers and Jim Guthrie collaborated to make music and levels, and big names such as Deadmau5 are lending some tracks for the final release.
