PlayStation Store Update: Week of August 6

As always Sony has added several new games to their digital shelves. New this week we have Sound Shapes a unique music making game that gives everyone the ability to be a composer. Do you love games like Farmville, then Farm Frenzy 3 is right up your alley. For all you bank robbery fans, it is time to finally rejoice, the new DLC, Wolfpack, for Payday: The Heist is here. that’s not all, The Walking Dead Episode 1 and 2 are free for PlayStation Plus members. PlayStation Store Update: Week of June 4

If this week wasn’t already busy enough with all the news from E3, there’s still a bunch of new content to dig through on the PlayStation Store. First off, PlayStation Plus members are getting a ton of free content this month, and a full list can be found here. The US PlayStation store has two new PSN titles with Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown for $14.99 and Big Bang Racing for $9.99. A complete edition also exists of the new Virtua Fighter 5 for $29.99, which includes all of the game’s DLC. Digital versions of LittleBigPlanet 2 and Madagascar 3: The Video Game are also now available for $39.99 each.

“Free” Games Blow-Out Coming to Plus Members This Month

With E3 2012 in full swing, CEO of Sony Computer Entertainment of America (SCEA) Jack Tretton revealed at the Sony Press Conference that Plus members will be getting a bunch of titles throughout June at no extra charge. Tretton announced that twelve games will be available for download for Plus subscribers, however thirteen titles were actually shown at the presentation. LittleBigPlanet 2′s “Move Pack” is released

Today marks the release of Media Molecule’s LittleBigPlanet 2 expansion, “Move Pack.” With this players will be able to create Move-specific levels and games to cater towards those who want some motion with their LBP.
